Hygienic Design from Stainless Steel (Inox): The entire body and uprights of the conveyor are made of high-quality stainless steel. This makes the CRT system ideal for food, beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, as it offers absolute resistance to moisture and chemical cleaning agents.

Plastic Track Conveyor: The transport surface consists of articulated plastic elements (plastic track). This material is chosen for its low noise level, long life and ability to turn smoothly at corners without creating vibrations in the product.

Adjustable Side Guides: Along the entire path, double, parallel guides with special supports are placed. These guides are easily adjusted in width and height, so that they adapt precisely to the dimensions of each product and prevent it from tipping or falling.

1. Smooth Angular Transition (Turn): The main advantage of the CRT is its ability to perform a turn in a single motion. Products do not need to change conveyors or be pushed by external mechanisms, reducing the chances of jamming to zero.
2. Drive & Support System: At one end of the line is the electric motor with a speed reducer, which drives the crawler. At the opposite end, the shaft is mounted on sealed industrial bearings with easy access for lubrication.
3. Tripod Support Bases: The machine is supported on elegant and stable “tripod” type legs with adjustable feet, offering absolute stability and the ability to micro-adjust the height for perfect connection with the rest of the production machinery.
