FRL10 CHERRY ROLLER
STRUCTURE & CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
Frame, guides and components are made of stainless steel (Inox), which makes it ideal for the food industry, as it offers maximum hygiene and easy cleaning.
The machine is supported on four sturdy legs, which have height-adjustable feet (regulators) for perfect alignment of the machine on uneven floors.
FUNCTIONAL PARTS & DRIVE SYSTEM:
Rolling Surface (Roller): The main body consists of a series of rotating rollers (rollers) placed at a short distance from each other. As the cherries move along the roller conveyor, the rollers force them to rotate around themselves, allowing workers or vision systems to check them peripherally for any defects.
Electric Motor (Motor): At the top, a vertically positioned electric motor with a speed reducer is clearly visible, which drives the roller mechanism through a transmission system (chain and gears covered by a protector).
FEEDING & DISCHARGE SYSTEM:
Input Hopper (Rear): At the rear and highest point there is an inclined surface (hopper) from where the cherries enter the machine, the side guides that are raised on the side walls along the path to hold the products and prevent them from falling out of the machine, then the Channel / Drainage Vessel (Bottom) Under the rollers there is a large, inclined stainless steel vessel. This is used either to collect and remove water (if the cherries are washed) or to collect small foreign bodies, leaves and defective fruits that fall between the gaps of the rollers.
USE:
This particular machine is used in sorting and packaging lines for fresh fruit (such as cherries, olives or small cherry tomatoes) for manual sorting (visual inspection), drying or removal of residues (leaves, stems) before final packaging.
