This line is mainly used in the fruit processing and standardization industry, especially in units that process peaches. Such facilities can be:
Canned fruit production plants
Frozen fruit production plants
Fruit salad or ready-made food production plants
Fruit juice or pulp production plants
In these lines, the peaches, after being cleaned and cut into cubes, are sent to the sorting process before final processing or packaging

The main purpose of the line is to sort and quality control peach cubes before they proceed to the next stage of production.
Its operation usually includes:
1. Feeding the product to the line via a tank or conveyor belt.
2. Transferring the peach cubes to the waste removal screen.
3. Transferring to the sorting belt.
4. Visual inspection by operators and/or mechanical systems.
5. Removal of unsuitable pieces, such as pieces with skin, seeds or spoiled product.
6. Concentration of the suitable product for the next processing stage (e.g. canning, freezing or packaging).
