PASTEURIZATION
USE:
After pasteurization, the cans are discharged at a very high temperature.
Cooling belts transport them:
from the pasteurizer to the cooling stage, through zones where cold water or air is sprayed, until they reach a temperature suitable for handling and storage.
During transport, the cans remain in constant motion to achieve uniform cooling.
CONTSTRUCTION:
Cooling belts are made of materials suitable for the food industry environment. The frame is usually made of stainless steel, to withstand corrosion and frequent cleaning. The conveyor belt can be made of plastic modular food-grade materials or stainless steel mesh, which allow water drainage and proper air or spray circulation. In addition, components such as motors, shafts and bearings resistant to humidity and continuous operating conditions are used.
Made of satin 304 stainless steel.
The construction sizes vary depending on the needs of each customer.
PURPOSE:
The main purpose of cooling films is:
to quickly and controlledly reduce the temperature of cans
to protect product quality
to avoid thermal stress on the container
to maintain continuous production flow
NEEDS COVERED:
Cooling films meet critical production process needs:
prevent excessive thermal stress on the product
reduce the risk of taste or texture deterioration
allow safe handling of cans by subsequent machines
help maintain product hygiene and stability
