RLR25: INDUSTRIAL ROLLER CONVEYOR FOR WOOD SLABS & PANELS
GENERAL DESCRIPTION & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Large Surface Flat Rollers:
Unlike log rollers, the RLR25 model has cylindrical rollers with a completely flat surface. This ensures optimal distribution of the weight of the slabs, preventing the creation of marks or damage to the sensitive surfaces of the wood.
Industrial Bearings: Each roller is individually mounted on external, robust bearings with high-strength bearings, offering an extremely low coefficient of friction and smooth rolling even under maximum load.
Side Guide / Protective Cover: On one side of the machine there is a raised, single guide. This guide serves to align the plates during their transport, while also functioning as a protective cover (bumper) for the drive system.
Sturdy Base with Regulators: The chassis is supported on reinforced legs with adjustable feet (regulators), ensuring absolute flatness and alignment with the previous or subsequent machines in the production line.
FUNCTION & USE:
The RLR25 roller conveyor acts as a connecting link in various stages of the production process:
- Feeding & Transport: It accepts the wood panels and advances them linearly. The movement can be either manual (gravity/push) or motorized, depending on the requirements of the line.
- Alignment: The side guide ensures that the panels remain in a perfectly straight path, preparing them for their entry into the next processing stage.
